- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of relevant analytical healthcare experience
- Experience with healthcare claims data, including familiarity with diagnosis and procedure codes, bill type codes, and place of service codes
- Exceptional analytical skills (e.g. SQL/R/Python, Microsoft Excel), including data visualization and presentation
- Excellent problem solving and verbal/written communication skills
- Critical thinker, self starter, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives at the same time
