They are seeking a dynamic and experiencedFinancial Reporting Manager
to join the finance team and work closely with executive leadership.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our client's financial statements, management reporting, consolidations, IFRS reporting, technical accounting research and annual audit processes.

Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements, management reporting and consolidations
Manage the annual audit process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and timely submission of financial reports
Assist with the preparation of tax schedules and tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations
Research and interpret accounting standards, proposing accurate treatments and documenting the company's position in compliance with US GAAP and Tax Laws
Actively participate in the transition of IFRS reporting, ensuring smooth implementation and compliance with international accounting standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes and best practices in financial reporting
Financial Reporting Manager Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. CPA certification preferred
5+ years of experience in financial reporting, preferably in a manufacturing or food production environment
Strong understanding of US GAAP, tax laws and regulations
Experience with IFRS reporting and transitioning between accounting standards is highly desirable
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to stakeholders at all levels
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting software
Proven leadership abilities and experience managing a team
