How You Will Contribute

Direct and implement all accounting and operational functions including budget planning.
Support leadership in short- and long-term organizational planning and introduce timely and relevant reporting process enhancements.
Manage AP/AR functions and provide team leadership.
Manage all reporting including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, credit management, collections, regulatory reporting and tax planning.
Lead operational process and procedures improvements.
Lead technology enhancements.

Experience and Skills
About YOU

Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance or a related field; CPA licensure preferred.
10+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
Working knowledge of manufacturing and compliance regulations;.
ERP experience required; SAGE MAS 100 or similar system experience preferred.
