The Analyst III – Compliance Program has expert knowledge and performs key Compliance Program activities of complex difficulty. Team Members in this position are responsible for contributing to and leading in the development and implementation of the Compliance Program through operational processes, special projects, and the seven (7) elements of an effective compliance program, i

n addition to collaboration with, inter-departments to ensure member needs are met while simultaneously building strong peer relationships.

Education & Experience
Four (4) or more years of experience in a business or healthcare environment. Experience in basic project management principles.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required.
Key Qualifications
Effective communication skills; verbal and written.

Microsoft Office programs including, but not limited to:
Word; Excel; Power Point; Outlook; Access.
Ability to work autonomously and pay strong attention to detail.
