    About the team + role The Workplace Operations team works cross-functionally to keep all Robinhood offices running smoothly on the day-to-day.

    From large-scale construction projects to running our snacks program, we strive to provide best-in-class service for all of our employees, so they can be their best selves at work.

    No job is too big, or too small for usWe're looking for a hyper-organized and collaborative Workplace Operations Specialist to manage operations in our new Bellevue location.

    In this role, you will work closely with Workplace colleagues, cross-functional partner teams, functional leaders, and executives to ensure that the multiple buildings you manage are a safe, comfortable, cohesive environment that enhances productivity.

    What you'll doManage ongoing office needs as the main point of contact with building/landlord, running point on maintenance, monitoring inventory, and ordering employee supplies as well as being the cultural leader for RobinhoodPartner with cross functional teams to lead events that engage teams and drive incredible employee experiencesServe as the cultural ambassador of the company by assisting with new hire onboarding, planning events, and being a supportive resource for employees and guestsCollaborate with all other Workplace Managers to ensure company culture and policies are consistent across Robinhood officesManage workplace programs and vendors, including but not limited to:
    meals, snacks, swag, office supplies, onboarding, HVAC, plumbing, janitorial, etc.
    Create meaningful relationships and feedback opportunities with the employees utilizing our facilities regularlyMaintain the excellent condition and organization of the office, including updates to furniture, tracking company assets, and upholding impeccable cleanliness standardsSupport buildout projects where needed by working closely with the Real Estate Team, external vendors, general contractors, and project managers to see the project through to completionPartner cross-functionally with multiple teams (IT, Recruiting, People Operations, Finance, etc.) to drive company initiativesWhat you bring 4+ years of recent experience in workplace management, hospitality or event managementStrong interpersonal skills, thrives on being the face of the office and driving the company cultureExcellent problem solving skills, with an ability to recognize opportunities and develop ways of addressing themInterest in hosting in-person events as well as online hybrid team building activitiesPassion for building and maintaining a tight-knit community within the workplaceExceptional organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail and a proven ability to take ownership of multiple projectsDemonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and emotional intelligenceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly adaptable to change and ambiguityAbility to work autonomously with strong follow through and tenacityComprehensive knowledge of Slack and Google G

    Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands.

    The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones.

    This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood's equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
