Job Description
This role requires superior interpersonal skills as well as organizational and multi-tasking skill sets. The candidate should be able to operate independently as well as a member of a team under the leadership of the Operations Manager.

For job postings in Washington, Oppenheimer is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. This salary range is specific to the State of Washington and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making salary decisions including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current base wage range is $ $23.00 at the time of this posting. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as discretionary bonus.

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
