    Location: Elmhurst, IL

    Position: Production Associate III- Fully Auto Utility Set-Up

    Wage: $17.70 hr. + $0.30 for 2nd shift

    Shift: 2nd shift - Monday-Friday 1:30pm – 9:30pm *overtime may be required

    Reporting directly to the Shift Manager, as Production Associate III- Fully Auto Utility Set-Up, you will be responsible for the safe operation of production equipment using standard operating procedures. Responsibilities include helping in various areas of our manufacturing process as directed. Strive to meet plant goals and customer requirements. Safety is the top priority of every employee.

    What you will be doing:

    • Assists operator set-ups with Fully Auto Assemblers
    • Catch and pack partitions into boxes and bundle and do quality checks
    • Make labels and pallet tags and determine box counts
    • Will work closely with operator and catchers
    • Work to progress to an Operator

    • Have the ability to count accurately, able to learn quickly and adapt to change and work well in a team environment.
    • Must demonstrate knowledge of or ability to learn safety rules and procedures, and operating policies and procedures.
    • Able to communicate effectively with others.
    • Must be able to maintain good attendance and be reliable and dependable.
    • Must be able to lift up to 40lbs. and push up to 100 lbs.
    • Able to read tape measure and special instructions and have a basic mechanical aptitude
    • Can be flexible to run overtime as needed
