    Operations Analyst
    • Contract Duration 12+ Months
    • Pay rate up to $37/hr
    Job Description:
    • The Operations Analyst is within the Wire Investigations team and will be responsible for handling and resolving wire transfer issues.
    • The position is intended to provide operational support to team members serving on the ISO20022 project.
    • Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following wire research: Wire amendments recalls, returns, and traces.
    • The Operations Analyst may also include general ledger account research, updates to procedures, process maps, job aids, and the creation of training materials.
    Skills and requirements include:
    • Strong ability to multi-task and support cross-functional teams
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong problem-solving and research skills and ability to identify issues requiring escalation
    • Works well independently as well as part of a cohesive team
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • A minimum of 3-5 years of operational banking experience is strongly preferred.
    Note:
    • Hybrid role, will need to go to the office 1 to 2 times per month.
