    Job DescriptionInventory Accounting ManagerAs the Inventory Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for reconciling inventory balances between the ERP and daily purchasing, production and shipping activities as well as provide management with data driven cost and inventory analysis. This role will report to the VP of Finance and oversee daily activity of 2 inventory analysts. You will work closely with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Drafting, Logistics and Accounting teams to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and lead process improvement efforts. You will also be a key partner in driving our data transformation from manual paper driven data flows to a highly automated environment through ERP upgrade and implementation. How You Will Make a Difference
    • Hands-on management of daily inventory transactions posted in ERP ensuring completeness and accuracy.
    • Create and maintain inventory reconciliation reports to ensure accurate inventory balances.
    • Work closely with Drafting & Purchasing to maintain alignment of product master and BOM.
    • Develop and communicate cost variance analysis to bid estimates; work closely with Project Estimators and Purchasing to investigate and course correct.
    • Responsible for maintaining and reconciling inventory reserves and capitalization of manufacturing overhead.
    • Define, track and report on Inventory KPIs through daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards.
    • Lead, participate, and support process improvements efforts across the organization.
    • Responsible for organizing and facilitating physical inventories and analyzing results.
    Skills for Success
    • 5+ years working in inventory analysis, control, data analytics, and/or inventory accounting.
    • Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics or similar field required.
    • Experience working with an Inventory Management System required, implementation experience a plus.
    • Highly collaborative with excellent planning and communication skills.
    • Comfortable being hands-on with the ability to identify, analyze, summarize and implement process improvement opportunities.
    • Excel Expert (Power Query, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, etc.)
    • Comfortable working outdoors and in a manufacturing floor.
