As a project manager (m/f/d), you are the central point of contact for planning, implementation, and comprehensive support of our renowned customers in the food retail sector when it comes to projects in special plant construction.

In addition to project management, you are responsible for planning complex control technology and commercial refrigeration in connection with air conditioning and heating technology.


Responsibilities:

What you achieve:

  • Creation and calculation of offers based on plans or external performance specifications
  • Technical and commercial project management including responsibility for material procurement, assembly planning, cost, deadline, and quality control, as well as documentation
  • Accompaniment of construction site appointments
  • Customer support from initial contact to successful handover/opening of the project
  • Instruction and control of assembly teams and subcontractors
  • Creation of acceptance and revision documents
  • Project postcalculation and invoicing
