The candidate will manage a team of Financial Analysts responsible for expense budgets. This would include budgets for all functional areas within NSS (operations, engineering, program management, etc). The role also has cognizance of government compliance and is a liaison to DCMA and DCAA. The candidate will be expected to provide leadership, expertise, and guidance to functional managers, finance leadership, and more junior members of the Finance team.
This role will be performed in a hybrid work format, with the individual splitting their time between the Cedar Rapids, IA facility, and remotely.
Responsibilities include:
Full-Time Salary Range: $ $174800
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
