We are currently looking for a full-time or part-time Project Manager for Technical Building Services (m/f/d) for our Technical Department at our locations in Cedar Rapids, IA.

Your responsibilities

Project management at our locations, with a focus on modern, highquality, and costeffective solutions
Organizing, leading, and documenting projects and maintenance measures, taking into account technical and economic considerations, as well as budget requirements
Developing, planning, and managing necessary investment measures in collaboration with the overall technical management
Implementing projects at all locations with specialist planners, construction partners, and project partners
Creating cost estimates and calculations

Your profile

Completed degree in the field of building services or alternatively a master's or technician training in the field of building technology
Experience in project management in the areas of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, or plumbing (HVAC/SHK)
Business acumen and initiative in contributing to technical goal planning
Communication skills, leadership and social competence, organizational skills, and a confident demeanor
A sufficient measles vaccination is a requirement for employment
