Are you looking for a professional challenge as a Lead Medical Assistant (m/f/d) where you can fully develop your skills? We offer you the opportunity to do so In our facility in Schifferstadt, you will take on a leading role in close interdisciplinary cooperation in a permanent full-time or part-time position.

We are the MVZ St. Dominikus GmbH, a Medical Care Center (MVZ) with two facilities in Schifferstadt and Ludwigshafen am Rhein.

In the fields of orthopedics, trauma surgery, surgery, pain therapy, and internal medicine with a focus on diabetology and hormonal diseases, our goal is to provide our patients with the best possible integrated care.


Your tasks:


  • You will lead a highly motivated team of eight Medical Assistants in a goal and solutionoriented manner and ensure efficient personnel planning and needsbased scheduling
  • With your expertise, you will independently manage the Schifferstadt facility and act as a contact person for questions regarding practice management
  • You will ensure compliance with our quality and hygiene standards by monitoring and continuously developing them
  • You will organize the practice flow, appointment scheduling, and general administrative tasks and provide support with billing
  • In close cooperation with the medical management and management, you will ensure the smooth operation of the practice
