What you can expect from us - we look forward to having you:

31 days of vacation, plus December 24th and 31st as contractual holidays
An attractive salary according to one of the best collective bargaining agreements in the social sector (AVR)
Christmas bonus: 77.51%
Vacation bonus: depending on classification, €341.48 or €443.90 gross
Child allowance of €90 per child, plus €10/€25/€50 gross per child per month, depending on the facility, professional group, and classification in the greater Munich area
Night shift: €1.73/hour; Saturday: €0.86/hour, Sunday: 25%; holiday surcharge: 35%
