- Building and developing relationships with Brokers, Consultants and TPA's in your MKT
- Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience
- Prior Health Insurance exp required and proven track record of new business development
- Steady work history with prove success
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships
- Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation, and presentation skills
- Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through
- Money Motivated
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent education and experience
- 5-15 years employee benefits sales experience (Broker, Consultant, TPA, Carrier)
- Strong knowledge of self-funded/stop loss market as well as level and fully insured
- PBM experience is a plus
- Strong networking skills, work ethic, an eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing an exceptional experience for our partners.
- Experience with territory planning, outbound proactive sales calls, long sales cycle development, and expertise in Salesforce (or similar CRM) and Excel is required to execute sales goals and quotas.

- Must be detail oriented
