Your responsibilities:
- Preparing high-quality 5-course menus as part of the half-board, no à la carte
- Responsible for leading a section
Your profile:
- Completed apprenticeship as a chef
- Passion for the profession and enjoyment of cooking
- Teamwork and willingness to communicate
- Openness to learning and development, creativity
- Readiness for new challenges
- Extensive knowledge in all areas of the kitchen
- Attention to quality
