The Gustav-Kolb-Haus is a long-term facility in Odenton for individuals with mental illness. The facility provides a home where residents are empowered to lead self-determined lives and manage daily tasks according to their individual abilities and limitations.

Your responsibilities

With your energy and ideas, you create a temporary home for the residents and build bridges to society
You support residents in managing daily challenges
You identify issues and develop practical concepts to strengthen their skills
You organize individual and group activities to promote variety and stimulation

Requirements

A completed training as a caregiver (m/f/d), occupational therapist (m/f/d), or vocational therapist (m/f/d)
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
Teamwork and flexibility
Willingness to work weekends and night shifts
Alignment with the goals and values of Caritas
