As a Mixer Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining mixing equipment in our bread manufacturing facility. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the quality and consistency of our products.

Responsibilities:

Operate mixing equipment to prepare dough according to recipes and production schedules.
Monitor ingredient levels and make adjustments as necessary to ensure accurate measurements.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the mixing area and equipment.
Perform routine maintenance tasks on mixing equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production flow.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Mixer Operator or similar role in a food manufacturing environment preferred.
Knowledge of mixing equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
Ability to follow recipes and production schedules accurately.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
