We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Retail Marketing and Promotions Client Relations Representative. As part of this role, you will have a key role in establishing and maintaining strong connections with our clients in the retail sector, making sure their marketing and promotional requirements are handled with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:

Cultivate and uphold positive, enduring relationships with our retail clients.
Act as the main point of contact for client queries and issues, ensuring prompt and efficient communication.
Gain an in-depth understanding of each client's distinct needs and objectives.

Retail Marketing and Promotions Expertise:

Implement retail marketing and promotions in significant retail stores for designated clientele.
Stay informed on the newest trends and tactics in retail marketing and promotions.
Offer expert advice to clients on creating effective marketing and promotional initiatives tailored to their specific requirements.

Solution Development:

Work together with our internal teams to devise customized marketing and promotional solutions that align with client goals.
Present creative ideas and strategies to clients, showcasing a profound understanding of their business.

Campaign Management:

Supervise the implementation of retail marketing and promotional campaigns, ensuring success and forging relationships with key staff at retail establishments.
Track campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for enhancements.

Reporting and Analysis:

Deliver clients with regular reports and insights on the performance of their marketing and promotional endeavors.
Analyze data to pinpoint areas for enhancement and growth opportunities.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
Proven track record in client relations within the retail marketing and promotions sector.
Solid grasp of retail marketing strategies, promotions, and consumer behavior.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Analytical mindset and the capacity to extract insights from data.
Excellent project management and organizational proficiencies.
