    Description

    Job Description:

    • The Manager HR/HRBP plays a crucial role in providing comprehensive Human Resources support, driving HR functional excellence, and enhancing internal customer support within the company.

    Responsibilities:

    • Understand business objectives and suggest innovative approaches to drive continuous improvements in productivity and HR development.
    • Supervise HR department employees, oversee HR policies and laws compliance.
    • Manage employee recruitment, training, performance evaluation, resolving issues, and promoting employee engagement.
    • Coach and mentor management teams, ensuring effective talent management.
    • Handle high volume workload and provide various HR services such as onboarding, employee relations, and communication.
    • Offer guidance on personnel measures and coordinate training efforts to enhance team skills.
    • Analyze data, reduce absenteeism, and oversee payroll activities and facility projects.
    • Maintain organizational and employee data, contribute to internal communication programs.

    Qualifications:

    • Educational background in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields. Relevant work experience may also be considered.
    • 5-9 years of HR experience, including 1-3 years in the automotive industry.
    • Strong knowledge of HR management, legal compliance, and EHS.
    • Experience in policy interpretation, benefits administration, and conflict resolution between management and employees.
    • Proficiency in computer skills, effective communication, collaboration, HR database management, and payroll.
    • Experience handling personnel-related matters and representing the organization in hearings and investigations.

    Additional preferred qualifications:

    • PHR or SPHR Certification.
    • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion, ADP, Kronos systems.
    • Experience in a multinational company environment.
