- Monitor the service inbox for inquiries, providing timely assistance to internal and external customers.
- Review service records to identify customers in need of re-calibration service and perform quote follow-up.
- Generate quotations and order confirmations for new and existing service accounts.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Answer calls and assist with service dates, pricing, and order placement.
- Prioritize and process requests from Field Service Technicians (FST) for tools, standards, and parts.
- Coordinate jobs with subcontractors and ensure all contractor requirements are communicated.
- Run open service orders report weekly and update due dates in ERP.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- Minimum five years of experience in Customer Service, Inside Sales Support, or Technical Support.
- Minimum five years of experience in CRM software (Salesforce or similar).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems, SAP or Syteline preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
