Seeking an Office Manager for our busy Spring Valley homecare office.

Main objective will be to organize, oversee and coordinate daily operations of a diverse office staff to complete regular tasks and special projects.

You will work under the direction of the Executive Director and the Director of Patient Services to ensure all tasks are completed.


Duties Include but not limited to:

  • Confer with upper management to implement problem-solving strategies and procedures to enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Work in conjunction with the Human Resources department to write and implement policies and procedures regarding a variety of inhouse operations.
  • Maintain a close working relationship with the inhouse IT department to assess equipment needs and deal with issues quickly to return staff and equipment to full operation.
  • Oversee reception staff to ensure the highest standard of customer care both in person and over the phone.
  • Organize scheduling, setup and support for largescale meetings of inhouse departments as well as visiting clients and guests.
  • Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
  • Oversees PTO approval/tracking and processing of payroll
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
  • Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems
  • Assists in the new hire and employee benefits process
  • Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports
**MUST HAVE PRIOR HOME HEALTH CARE AGENCY EXPERIENCE
