    About This Role:


    Veranex has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Receptionist This position will be responsible for performing a mixture of duties including reception, customer service, and cross-departmental support for our Preclinical Services (Atlanta) facility.


    What You Will Do:

    • Responsible for greeting all visitors and vendors plus signature into facility, compliance with entry into facility
    • Coordination with guests' host upon arrival for visit
    • Coordination with the study manager or sponsor contact on hosting activities to include; agenda, times, and budget
    • Responsible for managing the vending area
    • Orders all supplies utilized in conference areas
    • Coordinates all in house catering for meetings, board meetings, etc.
    • Manages the employee phone list
    • General administrative support for all the departments (signage, certificate creation)
    • Data collection
    • Generating reports
    • Organize meetings for executive leadership
    • Supports distribution of employee, contractor, and sponsor ID cards
    • Schedule conference rooms to align with procedure calendar
    • First point of security for the building
    • Accept packages, retrieve and sort mail

    Qualifications:

    Required:

    • Bachelor's Degree plus 2-4 years of relevant reception and administrative experience, or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience
    • Event planning experience
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
    • Requires some evenings and weekends (prescheduled)
