- Guide customers in building scalable, optimally managed solutions and adaptable to technological improvements using Red Hat technologies

- Experience with Linux system administration, preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) or a derivative
- Prior experience with source code management tools like Gitlab
- Experience with or working knowledge of Ansible automation
- Experience with enterprise cloud solutions like Platform-as-a-Service
- Experience with container technologies such as Docker, Podman, and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of networking principles such as TCP, DNS, DHCP, IPs
- Experience with Red Hat Identity Management (IdM)

Red Hat's North American Services team is a Senior Consultant with a background in container infrastructure technologies to join us in the Livermore Valley. In this position, you will deliver solutions that solve our client's business challenges through hands-on technical implementation and enablement of recommended practices. You will be a vital promoter of adopting Red Hat's solutions for customers by using your technical expertise and interpersonal skills. Youll need to have a balance of solid technical experience, awareness of open source software solutions, a thorough understanding of business processes, and the ability to identify and solve issues at the enterprise level.

The salary range for this position in California is typically $127,000- $180,00. Please note that the pay range information is a general guideline only. Starting pay will be based on one's qualifications, education, experience, and the external labor market. This position may be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity.
