    About the Job

    Are you passionate about helping customers and providing exceptional service? Our company is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, providing information, and ensuring they have a positive experience with us.

    Responsibilities

    • Handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally
    • Communicate clearly and effectively via phone and email to address customer needs
    • Document customer interactions accurately and update records as needed
    • Perform various administrative tasks including data entry and managing correspondence
    • Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times
    • Assume additional tasks as assigned by the team

    Requirements

    • Demonstrate a professional and friendly attitude
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with precision
    • Proficiency in Windows OS and Microsoft Office
    • Effective time management and multitasking skills
    • Fast and accurate typing and data entry skills
    • Must pass licensing exam within specified timeframe
    • Strict adherence to attendance and punctuality policies
