Situated conveniently on route 34 in Morganville, we cater to customers in Marlboro, Matawan, Colts Neck, Holmdel, Freehold, Keyport, and surrounding areas.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team and oversee our daily IT operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and managing our software programs and website. This role presents an exciting opportunity for either a junior or senior undergraduate student, a graduate student, or a recent graduate (1-2 years out of college) who possesses strong technical aptitude and a passion for IT.

Responsibilities:

Configure and maintain software programs essential to our business operations.
Manage and update our company website to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
Utilize platforms such as Asana, Pipedrive, and WordPress to streamline workflow processes.
Demonstrate proficiency in Excel for data management and analysis purposes.
Provide effective communication and troubleshooting support for IT-related issues.

Requirements:

Must be a local candidate and able to work on-site at our Marlboro, NJ location.
Tech-savvy individual with experience managing platforms and software applications.
Preferred experience with Asana or similar project management tools, Pipedrive or similar CRM software, and WordPress.
Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with team members and external stakeholders.
Proven ability to troubleshoot IT issues and find innovative solutions.
