We are currently looking for a new colleague to join our department team at the *Berlin location, full-time/40 hours per week*, who will enrich our vision of excellent education and be committed to positively influencing the lives of our students and employees.
As personal assistant to our Executive Chairman, you will play a central role in supporting his daily business and act as a communication and coordination interface.
Your tasks will include planning appointments and meetings, communicating with all relevant internal and external contacts, and ensuring smooth business processes in the area of the Executive Chairman.
In addition, you will support the Executive Chairman in his academic role as a professor.*Your core activities and responsibilities: * *Support and relieve the Executive Chairman*: Support the Executive Chairman in daily business operations, ensure efficient workflows, and manage priorities
* *Appointment coordination and calendar management*: Effective time management of appointments, coordination of meetings, sessions, and other events, as well as their preparation and follow-up
* *Communication management*: Act as the first point of contact for interactions with senior and academic staff at regional, national, and international educational institutions, professional associations, and partner centers, as well as general proactive communication with contacts and ensuring effective information flow
