Job Description:

  • Support as a working student (approx. 2-3 days per week, also with home office) in the development of a training Share Point or training portal
  • Coordination with departments regarding content
  • Identification, collection, and analysis of training data
  • Entry and maintenance of data in the training portal
  • Assistance in the development of structured and transparent training processes
  • Research and preparation of trainings (e-learnings)
  • Support in the editing of training videos and other formats
  • Creation of subject-specific evaluations and presentations
  • After consultation, we also offer the option to write a bachelor's or master's thesis

Requirements:

  • Student (m/f/d) in the fields of business administration, business education, business informatics, or another related field
  • Passion for process and education topics, ideally with some previous experience in this area
  • Strong analytical skills and IT affinity
  • Structured, independent work style and organizational talent
  • Team spirit, creativity, and good communication skills
  • Proficiency in common MS Office applications
  • Good English skills, both written and spoken
