We are hiring for Quality Inspectors on all 3 shifts

Available to interview and start immediately
Level II Inspector - 1st shift - 7am - 3:30pm - $20/hr

Level II Inspector - 2nd shift - 3pm - 11pm - $21/hr

Level I Inspector - 3rd shift - 11pm - 7:30am - $20.50/hr

Level II Inspector - 3rd shift - 11pm - 7:30am - $21.50/hr


Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team.

As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the highest quality standards through inspections and audits.

Your role will play a crucial part in maintaining our commitment to delivering top-notch products to our customers.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform inspections and quality audits on incoming materials, inprocess production, and finished products
  • Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, gauges, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to ensure product specifications are met
  • Conduct visual inspections to identify any defects or nonconformities
  • Analyze data and test results to identify trends or areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results and quality records
  • Follow established quality management procedures and guidelines, including CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certifications preferred
  • Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Inspector or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices
  • Proficient in using precision measuring instruments and equipment
  • Familiarity with QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control) processes
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot defects or nonconformities
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision

Pay:
$ $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
