    Description

    McGowan Professional Athletes & Entertainers Practice (PAE) is currently accepting candidates for a full-time Client Consultant position in our Professional Athletes & Entertainers Insurance Solutions Practice. This position will primarily support our Senior Client Consultants (specifically Personal Insurance) with client service support and provides a long-term career opportunity for growth within our unique PAE Practice.

    Qualifications:

    This individual must have a strong work ethic, be detail-focused, possess excellent computer skills and critical thinking, be available evenings or weekends if required, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple task assignments. He or she must also be able to interact with high-profile clients, be team-oriented, and possess exceptional oral and written communication skills.

    Duties include:

    The responsibilities include working closely as a team with the Senior Client Consultants in processing the incoming daily mail, entering and scanning insurance policy transactions, preparing insurance policy invoices and automobile ID cards through our client database system (EPIC), managing new and existing clients' insurance programs, and proactively working with our clients' sports agents, attorneys, and financial advisors.

    Education/Software/Experience:

    · EPIC (Agency Management System) experience is a plus.

    · Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook

    · Office machines (copier, etc)

    · Property & Casualty license or willing to pursue.

    · This is an in-office full-time position. No remote or hybrid option.
