    Description

    HVAC Project Coordinator Positions Type:
    Full-time, Non-Exempt (Hourly) position that is eligible for overtime. This position is also eligible for bonuses/commission based on performance.


    Job Summary:
    The Project Coordinator plays a critical role in our organization and is responsible for supporting the customer from post-sale to project completion

    Essential Functions:

    Provide consistent customer communication using the 1, 2, 3 call process:
    Introductory Call. Scheduled Confirmation. Close out call. Manage a high-volume of cases. Maintain case close time, meeting company targets.


    Drive a superior customer experience:
    Act as the sole point of contact to the customer. Update new/changed customer information in the system. Provide project expectations to the customer. Communicate with the scheduling team to ensure installs and callbacks are completed promptly. Respond professionally and in a timely manner to customer calls and emails. Track and submit Mass Save Rebates via the Mass Save website. Initiate project payments for customer accounts. Perform additional tasks as required.


    Qualifications:
    High School diploma or equivalent Proficiency working with MS Office Proficiency working with Salesforce Position requires proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English

    Key Competencies:
    Customer focused Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team Time Management skills Problem solving ability

    Additional Information:

    Supervisory Responsibilities:
    This is an individual contributor position with no supervisory responsibilities.

    Work Environment May include one of the following based on location and business needs:

    Office Environment:
    This position is primarily based in an open office environment with typical office conditions


    Warehouse Environment:
    This position is based in a warehouse, which serves as a base for many of our operations and includes equipment and material storage areas


    Hybrid position:
    This position is a flexible work model that combines remote and on-site work.

    When working remotely, the employee is required to have a workspace free of distraction during work hours to perform job duties.


    Remote position:
    This position is in the employee's residence and requires the employee to have a workspace free of distraction during work hours to perform job duties


    Physical Demands:

    Requires sitting at a desk for long periods of time, performing tasks on a computer, the ability to move within the office to attend meetings, access equipment, or interact with colleagues.

    This job may require travel in a personal or company-provided vehicle.
