As a Returns Material Handler at Sufna Tech, you will play a crucial role in managing the returns process efficiently and ensuring that returned materials are handled with care and accuracy

Your responsibilities will include:

Processing Returns: Receive, inspect, and process returned materials from customers or vendors according to established procedures and guidelines. This includes verifying quantities, assessing condition, and determining appropriate disposition (e.g., restocking, repair, disposal).

Documentation: Accurately record and maintain documentation related to returned materials, including tracking numbers, reasons for return, and any necessary follow-up actions.

Inventory Management: Update inventory records to reflect returned materials and ensure proper storage and organization in designated areas. Coordinate with inventory control teams to reconcile discrepancies and maintain accurate inventory levels.

Communication: Collaborate effectively with internal teams such as customer service, sales, and quality assurance to resolve return-related issues in a timely manner. Communicate with vendors regarding return shipments, replacements, or refunds as needed.

Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections and quality checks on returned materials to identify any damage, defects, or discrepancies. Follow established procedures for quarantine or disposition of non-conforming items.

Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while handling returned materials, including proper use of equipment and personal protective gear. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to product returns and disposal.
