• Process incoming returns and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
• Inspect returned items for damages or defects and determine appropriate disposition.
• Record and document return reasons and product conditions in the system.
• Organize and maintain returned inventory in designated storage areas.
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate the return process and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist with inventory management tasks, including restocking returned items and updating inventory records.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding return status and resolution.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or returns processing role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling returned items and inventory.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
