As a Sterilization Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and cleanliness of medical equipment and instruments.

Your attention to detail and adherence to sterile processing techniques will contribute to the overall success of our healthcare facility.

• Perform sterilization procedures on medical equipment and instruments following established protocols and guidelines.
• Operate sterilization equipment such as autoclaves and ultrasonic cleaners
• Inspect, assemble, and package instruments for sterilization.
• Monitor and record sterilization parameters to ensure effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes and equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure proper handling and storage of sterile supplies.
• Adhere to infection control policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience as a Sterilization Technician or in a related role is a plus.
• Familiarity with aseptic technique and infection control practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
