Job Overview:
Santa Rosa Pediatric Dentistry is a pediatric dental office. We care for children from infancy until adulthood. Our mission is to provide exceptional dental care for children in a caring environment. We believe in individualized care, tailored specifically to each child's needs. Our goal is to provide fun and education visits to all of our patients.
Our team arrives to the office at 8:10 AM and we are usually out of the office before 5:00 PM.
We are seeking a full-time or part-time Dental Practice Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice.
Requirements:
- A positive attitude and friendly demeanor
- EXCELLENT customer service skills
- The ability to problem solve and work independently
- Motivated to help our patients and their parents with all aspects of their visits
- At least of 2 years of dental receptionist or front desk experience
- At least 2 years of dental insurance experience (verification and understanding benefits)
- At least 2 years of dental billing and dental claims experience
- Dependable
- Honest
- Willingness to learn and improve
- Leadership experience
- Experience with employee hiring, write ups, terminations, or layoffs is a benefit
- Previous "office manager" experience is a benefit
Hourly wage offered is based on experience
