Our client, a leading company in the construction and engineering industry is seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join their team in Miami area The ideal candidate mus have excellent Human Resources background and knowlege of HR Law.     salary: $24 - $33 per hour
    shift: First
    work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
    education: High School

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees, providing guidance and support on a wide range of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
    • Support employee development initiatives, such as training programs, performance evaluations, and career development planning, to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
    • Manage employee relations issues and investigations, addressing concerns promptly and professionally while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
    • Administer HR policies and procedures, including benefits administration and HRIS maintenance, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Collaborate with cross functional teams on HR projects and initiatives, such as wellness and organizational development efforts.
