    Position Title: Manager Emergency Services RN
    Position Location: Panama City, FL
    Shifts Available: Full-Time

    • Mid-Shifts:3p-11p
    • 8/10hrs M-F

    Job Summary

    The Nurse Manager is responsible for the 24-hour, se24-hour a week functions of a clinical nursing unit(s).

    What you will do in this role
    • Administers, plans, and evaluates,tes the activities of the department(s) to ensure quality patient care.
    • Develops goals, policies, and proceed, ures, prepares, and submits operating and capital budgets, participates in multidisciplinary QI teams, and consults with the staff, physicians, and other, departments as needed.
    • Manages staffing patterns with the assistance of Assistant Nurse Managers and the House Supervisors on a shift-to-shift basis. Follows policies and procedures. Participates in the Quality Improvement process and adheres to facility standards of behavior
    What qualifications you will need
    • Florida RN licensure required
    • Associate's Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
    • A minimum of one (1) year management of experience is preferred
    • Advanced Cardiac Life Spt, or ACLS Instructor must be obtained within 60 days of employment the start date
    • Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
    • PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt, or PALS Instructor must be obtained within 60 days of employment the start date
    This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
