    Sun Glow Inc. is growing and we are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Commercial Maintenance HVAC Sales Consultant to join our team. You will be selling commercial HVAC maintenance services. This role focuses on relationship building and offering the best solutions for our commercial customer's heating and cooling service needs.     The position offers great pay and benefits, ongoing training, the security of working with an established company, and a great work environment with a peer, support staff, and management who "gets it."

    Primary Job Function: Present the company to potential commercial customers and qualify opportunities, thereby obtaining competitive and profitable commercial service agreement sales. Accountable for all sales activities and customer relationships between the company and commercial clients.

    Work Hours: 40 hours a week, which may include Saturday appointments.

    Pay: Base plus commission. Six-figure earning potential

    Required Qualifications:

    • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
    • Must pass drug and background screens
    • 2+ years of B2B sales experience
    • HVAC background preferred
    • Ability to work independently and self-manage
    • Customer service knowledge with strong follow-up skills
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Great listening skills
    • Computer proficiency including MS Outlook, Word, Excel
    • Positive attitude
