Second Life Care Germany GmbH is a German-Slovak service company based in Munich and Trnava that provides employees and personnel for medical activities, care and support.

Your tasks

  • Initial contact with customers and prospects via telephone and email
  • Maintenance of customer relationships, in person and over the phone
  • Data entry and maintenance in our database
  • Support of management in marketing and administration
  • Communication with colleagues from the Slovak parent company
  • Coordination of appointments with customers and external employees
  • Independent communication with external service providers
  • Verification of application documents and certificates
  • Processing of correspondence
Your qualifications and skills

  • You have completed training in a commercial or social field or have a similar qualification for example from the hotel or travel industry. Ideally, you already have professional experience in a similar environment.
  • Good organization is your strength, you work in a structured and proactive manner, with clear communication and motivation.
  • You are familiar with MS Office and internet applications.
  • You have a conscientious, reliable and teamoriented way of working.
  • You are communicative and enjoy working with people.
  • You can quickly grasp problems and communicate well in writing and orally.
  • Personally, you convince with your open, humorous and warm personality.
