Technical Contact (m/f/d) Support and Repair

As a medium-sized specialist, we have been setting decisive impulses and innovative accents in the fields of engineering, manufacturing, and integration of powerful and energy-efficient power supplies and UPS systems for years. Technical Contact (m/f/d) Support and Repair To support our team, we are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled employee in the specialized field of (power) electronics and power supply as a contact person for service, support, and repair. This position is possible up to 50% in home office.

Your tasks:
  • Comprehensive organizational management / processing of the repair process
  • Management of spare parts management (physical and system-based)
  • Adjustment and testing of the products in our delivery program
  • Contact person for consultation and support
  • Management and optimization of the customer database
  • Active participation in the implementation, maintenance, and support of the new ticket system
Your profile:
  • Successfully completed training and/or experience in the field of electrical engineering / electronics / telecommunications
  • Professional experience in repairing
