To strengthen our location in Dresden, we are looking for a Deputy Head of Office (m/f/d) for our Dresden branch as soon as possible.

Tasks

You act as an important contact person for our customers, providing them with support in all areas by phone and in writing (excluding motor vehicle, credit and pension management)
For this purpose, you create interesting offers and ensure that insurance policies, documents, contract changes and modifications of all kinds are thoroughly checked and implemented
Your expertise also comes into play during discussions with insurers in negotiations or business and claims processes, where you ensure smooth communication. Your presentations also contribute to optimally illustrating our services during annual meetings
As Deputy Head of Office, you are the leading figure of a dynamic team, responsible for leading and motivating your employees and supporting them when needed
