Training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) specializing in system integration

Support customers in the optimal use of our software solutions. This includes conducting organizational discussions, installation, training of users, on-the-job training and answering questions by phone. In addition, tasks include creating and developing documentation and contributing ideas for the further development of programs.

Tasks and responsibilities:
Plan and implement customer-specific IT solutions by integrating hardware and software components into complex systems.

Manage and operate IT systems in-house or at the customer's site.

Projects for the conception, installation, expansion and support of computer systems or networks.
