Your responsibilities

Managing a team of approximately 6 employees in the field of new development and series support for electrically powered industrial tractors, both technically and disciplinarily
Coordinating external development service providers as well as internal interface and service departments within the company
Participating in long-term development planning and conducting group-specific capacity planning
Contributing to technically challenging tasks and leading smaller projects in the development environment
Ensuring and tracking project status and reporting

Your profile

Completed university degree in the field of vehicle or mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or similar
Broad technical knowledge in the areas of mechanical engineering, drive and electrical engineering of mobile work machines, with several years of professional experience
Ideally, experience in team leadership, preferably in a development environment
Experience in leading smaller development projects is advantageous
Expertise in product development
