The Vice President of Accounting will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership and overseeing all aspects of the organization's accounting and financial functions.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting, financial management, and leadership, with the ability to drive financial excellence and support the organization's overall strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic financial leadership and guidance to the executive team and other departments.
Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accurate and transparent financial reporting.
Prepare and present timely and accurate financial reports to the executive team, board of directors, and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with department heads to establish financial goals and objectives.
Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget, providing insights and recommendations.
Identify and assess financial risks, implementing strategies to mitigate them.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA required
