- Collaborate with cross company teams, like marketing, brand, and resort teams to ensure brand consistency
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content for 2 - 3 brands that align with business goals and social media strategy
- Review, plan, and execute social influencer campaigns to drive brand awareness, consideration and ROI
- Research social media trends and changes that are relevant to the company's marketing initiatives and tactics
- Oversee day-to-day management of social media campaigns, inclusive of aligning to larger campaign strategy and setting KPIs based on industry standards and larger campaign goals
- Set and execute brand social strategy for resort level social teams, leading quarterly meetings and as needed trainings
- Ability to lead and manage 1 - 2 social media associates
- Assist in other social media projects as assigned
- Demonstrate a commitment to ALG core values
- Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- 5+ years of social media management experience, preferably in travel, hospitality, beauty, or lifestyle industries. At least 2 years of supervisory experience
- Candidate must have a valid US passport
- Understanding and working knowledge of social media channels like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube and how they relate to a larger strategy or campaign
- Understanding of social media management tools such as Sprinklr, Dash Hudson, Sprout Social, and design/editing tools such as Canva and CapCut
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel internationally with travel up to 25%
- Strong drive and sense of urgency, a self starter
