    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BCBA Child Behavior Analyst to join our team in Savannah, GA.

    The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to evidence-based practice and will be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and overseeing the implementation of those plans.

    The BCBA will be responsible for training and supervising behavior technicians and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide effective services to clients.


    ~ Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm work week, no evenings
    ~$120 hours of PTO per year, 8 paid Holidays and up to 40 hours of additional PTO awarded for anniversaries
    ~ Collaborative training with our Training & Development BCBA to include Mindset, CPR & First Aid and more
    ~ No cost supervision to those pursuing BCBA or BCaBA
    ~ Community Involvement

    ~$50k life insurance policy at no cost to you
    ~Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field.
    Knowledge of evidence-based interventions for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related disabilities.
    Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and writing assessment reports.
    Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to develop behavior intervention plans.
    Attend staff meetings and participate in ongoing professional development activities.
