As a Behavior Technician at The Treetop, you'll enjoy a
flexible schedule tailored to your needs and preferences. Whether you prefer morning, afternoon, or evening shifts, we'll work with you to ensure a balanced work-life schedule.

Currently, we are hiring for the following shifts:

Mon

Fri 3 pm 8 pm

Mon

Fri Daytime hours

Mon

Fri 8 am 1 pm
Tues, Thurs and Fri 4 pm 7 pm and Wed 3 pm 6 pm

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

At The Treetop, we offer competitive compensation, starting at
$25 to $29 per hour based on experience, with a $400 sign-on bonus after completing 100 billable hours with incremental raises provided every three months, six months, and annually, potentially reaching $33 per hour.

Additionally, there are opportunities for additional bonuses once the salary cap is met.

All that you need is:

A High School diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
A love and passion for working with children
Willingness to travel to client homes
Residence within 3060 minutes of the city for this job posting
Ability to work a varied schedule depending on client needs

As a Behavior Technician at The Treetop, you start your day by reviewing client records and organizing yourself as needed.

You assist at schools, where you help with skill-enhancement endeavors whilst also helping with various community activities. Your unwavering commitment shines brightly as you cultivate profound bonds with clients and their families
