As a special rehabilitation facility, for 25 years we have been supporting individuals with mental impairments on their path towards employment or back to work.

We work closely with clinics, specialists, psychotherapists, social psychiatric services, self-help and family support groups, as well as partners from the business world.

We are looking to expand our team and are currently seeking a
Psychologist (m/f/d) for our location in
Gera to start as soon as possible, either part-time or full-time.

_Your responsibilities will include:
_

In individual coaching sessions and group activities, you will assess the skills of clients and prepare them for vocational training or employment.
As a psychologist, you will identify individual barriers and develop coping strategies.
In addition to conducting suitability assessments, you will establish contacts with clinics, healthcare providers, and external partners in the region who provide psychological and social support.
You will conduct psychological discussions on managing illnesses, building coping strategies, and coordinating access to further external support services.
Administrative tasks will also be part of your responsibilities.
