Your responsibilities


Our colleagues from all departments work together daily on the basis of the infrastructure operated by our Microsoft Excellence Center.

Examples of this include Windows workstations, virtual or physical Windows servers, MSSQL databases, MS Teams, or MS Exchange.

As part of our Application & SQL Management team, you will be responsible for the administration of Windows servers and the database environment, as well as ensuring their secure and highly available operation.

We are responsible for the complete lifecycle of internal customer systems.


Your main tasks will include:

  • You will be responsible for the conception, implementation, operation, and documentation of existing and new internal customer systems in the Microsoft environment, with a special focus on information security.
  • You will be the competent contact person for all questions related to the Windows server infrastructure, both for integrating existing systems and implementing new ones, and for advising our internal stakeholders.
  • You will work on the interpretation, tracking, and resolution of security notifications from monitoring and security systems, as well as the results of security analyses.
  • You will automate tasks through scripts based on PowerShell.
  • You will contribute your expertise to crossteam projects with a focus on Microsoft onpremises and IT security
