    Description
    Establish inspection methodologies and frequency requirments.
    Drive quality improvments on piece part manufacturing as well as assemlby of products.
    In-depth knowlege of precision Metrology and Metrology Development is required.
    Develop and manage Measurement Capability Analysis and Gage R&R.
    Develop accurate and objective Quality Metrics.
    Understanding and ability to work with automated inspection equipment such as Automated Optical Inspection(AOI) and Coordinate Measurement Machine(CMM).
    Conduct time studies, test reports and evaluations to improve quality.
    Acting lieazon between Manufacturing, Quality Assurance and Applications Engineering.
    Providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
    Work closley with external customers and suppliers to understand and reslove material and product issues.

    Requirements
    MS degree with minimum of 3 years or BS with Minimum of 5 years in Mechanical, Electrical engineering or related fields
    Minimum 10 years of experience in MFG Quality/Process Engineering positions.
    Strong understanding of Metrology equipment, applications and Processes.
    Advanced knowledge of Inspection standards "Y14.5" (GD&T) is a plus.
    Good understanding of basic Machine Shop practices and fundamental understanding of CNC controlled Mills & Lathes.
    Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, able to interact with managers and customer.
    Flexible and able to multi-task in a fast-paced, ever changing environment

    Well organized and able to meet deadlines. Can handle time sensitive work assignments.
